]]><![CDATA[Happiest Atlanta Baby Workshop]]>Thu, 16 Sep 2010 07:24:00 -0800http://www.anatlantadoula.com/1/post/2010/09/happiest-atlanta-baby-workshop.html Newborn Care Classes that combine The Happiest Baby on the Block method and a demonstration of multiple breastfeeding positions.

This two hour workshop gives parents (and parents-to-be) the tools needed to soothe a fussy or colicky baby. Cynthya Dzialo, certified Happiest Baby educator will show class participants how to swaddle correctly and safely, basic newborn care, and how to get longer periods of sleep for both parents and baby. Special guest and lactation consultant, Kelly Hightower will be demonstrating multiple positions for breastfeeding and how they compliment the Happiest Baby method.

The next class will be held in Grant Park on Wednesday, October 13, 2010 at 6:30pm. The location is Dr. April Warhola's office - The Cafe of Life in the Jane building at 318 Cherokee Avenue, Unit 105, Atlanta, GA 30312.

The class registration fee is $75 and includes The Happiest Baby on The Block DVD and Super Soothing Sounds CD. Be sure to sign up quickly - registration ends 10/6/10 or when class is full, whichever happens first. Two people may attend per class registration fee. You are welcome to bring your infant and apply the techniques in class.
