As a birth doula, I am honored to support expectant mothers and their partners, and help create a positive birth experience. I am a certified doula with Childbirth International and certified in infant/child and adult first-aid / CPR through the American Red Cross. I am a graphic artist, former school teacher and nanny.
I am an educator of The Happiest Baby on the Block philosophy and offer private in-home lessons and group classes. I teach new parents and expectant couples how to swaddle a newborn, end colic and create a calm, restful environment to allow the baby longer periods of sleep.
